WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY RESERVATION?
Your reservation includes setting up before and breaking down after the event.
48 hours before the event, you will receive notification emails with the restroom arrival time, and a confirmation of your reservations' details. Washroom supplies include: bathroom tissues, hand towels, soap, trash cans, and trash bags
WHAT ARE YOUR WATER AND POWER REQUIREMENTS?
Most of our units require one 20 or 30 amp power source within 100 feet of where the unit will be set up. If power is not available, a generator will be required. Most of our units have their own fresh water supply, however, with a garden hose access, the units are capable of supplying even more capacity. A standard garden hose bibb is all we need and we supply the hose.
How do I reserve a unit?
You will receive a simple online invoice confirming the date, times, and location needed. We require a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve the unit. The balance is due 7 days before scheduled delivery. We accept online payments.

How far in advance should I book a unit?
We recommend reserving units as soon as you know your date. During peak wedding season, many units are booked a year in advance. We understand film & TV production dates may change and we will try our best to work with you blocking out units for the possible dates. We can pencil you in for a date ("a Hold") without making a deposit. If someone wants to reserve that date, we will contact you and wait 24 hours until we release this to the next client.

ARE our Restrooms CLIMATE CONTROLLED?
Yes! All our restroom trailers are climate controlled (and have stereo sound systems)

Do you offer Restroom attendants?
Yes, many times we provide an attendant. The attendant is an on-site washroom representative who maintains the inside and outside of the restroom to ensure cleanliness for your guests.
