We generally get back to you within an hour or so. We can discuss your particular event and venue space either by phone or email. Together we can choose the right model for you and go over requirements which generally is just access to standard 110 volt electric. However we are set up for anywhere and can provide a generator if required. Look forward to hearing from you!
